The design challenge was to selected a bird species that lives in Ontario, and design the most safe and convenient home for the birds to raise their family.

Species: White-Breasted Nuthatch
Length: 5.1-5.5 in (13-14 cm) Weight: 0.6-1.1 oz (18-30 g) Wingspan: 7.9-10.6 in (20-27 cm)
-Nests in deciduous trees
-Walks in all direction on tree to secure territory
-Walks in all direction on tree to secure territory
-Find gaps to stuck the seed in, ensuring the food is locked in the position for them to peck on it stably
-Does not need perches to get into birdhouse
